Pink Mallow delivers Monday- Friday Australia wide excluding public holiday. Once your order has been placed please allow for 5-7 business days for delivery. 

Unfortunately No. While we strive to deliver your hampers and gifts as efficiently as possible, we cannot guarantee hospitals will accept the delivery. This is due to specific hospital policies, restricted access, or certain wards where deliveries aren't allowed, please check with the hospital directly before placing your order.

It's easy to click by mistake – we understand! If you contact us before your gift has been processed we might be able to change or cancel your order.

If the order has been dispatched already, we can't. If you still want to cancel your order after this time we will try our best to get it returned to us but this isn't always possible. Please note any return requests will incur a return shipping fee which will be deducted from the amount you are refunded.

Please note it is the responsibility of the customer to inform Pink Mallow if a gift has not been delivered. We will investigate straight away. Refunds will not be given for late delivery as we are unable to guarantee our courier's delivery times or time frames. We are only able to refund in full for gifts which are returned to us in full.

We promise Pink Mallow gifts leave the warehouse in immaculate condition, however we are unable to know what happens during transit. However if there is any damage please let us know straight away and we will rectify this for you.

Pink Mallow include complimentary gift cards with all of our gifts, allowing you to write a message and let the receiver know who the gift is from. Prior to checking out you will see an area where you can add your message.

Unfortunately, we do not currently deliver overseas.

Yes, we offer express delivery on all gifts. Express Shipping is $16 and available to select at checkout.
